"switch plan" button actually does nothing, so they continued to quietly charge me for months, after I changed my plan to "no benefits"
Cannot login
After entering my email and password, I am not able to click the login button as if it were deactivated or greyed out. Therefore, useless at the moment. Will change rating if the issue is fixed.
