I forgot to cancel a ride and have now been charged in excess of $150 through several fraudulent charges. Scummy company with no functional refund system, broken complaint portal, and had to search online for the office number to even start resolving this. Charging someone for an obvious edge case like this is unethical, unprofessional and unacceptable. DO NOT USE.
