L’App non funziona.
Pur essendo abbonato non riesce a scaricarmi i numeri della rivista. Mi dice che non ho un abbonamento attivo. Anche con la funzione ripristina acquisti è la stessa cosa.

Ho comparato un abonnamento annuale ma da quando hanno rinnovato la app mi chiedono di comprare di nuovo i numeri già acquistati e non mi fanno vedere i nuovi, insistendo che non ho un abbonamento. Il customer service non risponde
I purchased an annual subscription, but since they updated the app, they are asking me to repurchase the issues of the magazine I had already bought with the subscription itself and the app won't let me see the new ones, insisting that I don't have a subscription. The customer service is not responding.
J'ai acheté un abonnement annuel, mais depuis qu'ils ont mis à jour l'application, ils me demandent de racheter les numéros que j'avais déjà achetés et ne me permettent pas de voir les nouveaux, en insistant sur le fait que je n'ai pas d'abonnement. Le service client ne répond pas
