Merits are not updated
Just checked my Contractor license and it shows inactive on Merit but active at the Stare licensing site. Not great for field discussions with officials and customers. Please correct and update immediately. Then after if possible I will rerate this APP.

Won’t allow you to log in once you update, so don’t.
Issues after new update
I was liking the Merit app because I was able to keep track of my business certificates but since this new update that changes the color from yellow to white it’s not allowing me to sign in. It tells me my pw or email is incorrect which it’s not and even if you select “forgot pw” nothing is sent to your email address that they have on file no link to reset your password even though they said sent, you don’t receive anything and there’s no option to register all over it’s just for you to log in with your old account which not allowing you to

Login Loop
Please resolve the weeks long login loop issue. Credentials work for app <> app linking but not for basic Merit app login.

This new updated app works just fine and is easy to use. No big deal to delete the old app.

Using Merit for checking in and seeing my earned achievements is super easy - takes me less than 30 seconds to get verified!
Do not trust
Forced into downloading an entirely new app from the old one, for its “updated” version. And then my password did not work, and when I clicked reset and got the email from the new app, my Norton security scanned it as a message that has been used to steal personal information.
Just go old school with your licenses. Use paper.

Horrible update
Makes no sense to make a different app when the previous one worked just fine and there’s basically no difference between this and the old one.
Apart from this one being broken and doesn’t keep you signed in.

I do not get it. The app just redirects to the website and I have to sign in again. It’s useless.
