App does not work
Forced to download new app but cannot log in. Old App does not work. New app does not work. I have two certificates that I cannot access and need for recertification.
No longer works
Received the forced update last week and now the app no longer works. It just shows a blank screen.
DELETED!!! Not working
I see my credentials on the actual website but they never show up on the app. Waited a month to see of it would eventually populate and it did nothing.
Inability to Download Certificates
I tried to download certificates but kept saying I didn’t have an account on there and said unable to download them because you need to complete sign up. Very confusing and it doesn’t send an email to your account to get certificates.
Downloading Certificates
I have been trying to download my certificates through my laptop and I was unsuccessful. So I downloaded the app on my iPhone and tried downloading my certificates there. I tried getting a digital copy and I was unable to do either of those. Website is too confusing as to how to download certificates. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I downloaded the app. It’s not balanced and has lines cut their the header. Looks like it’s not optimized for iPhone 11.
Also I want to get info on adding a course that I offer so I can do certificates on this app for my students so I’m looking for info and it’s not in the app

Keeps Crashing!
I was loving the app at first and the idea of having a digital copy of certifications with me. Then it just stopped working.
