I went to many venues they don’t care about the app or your membership card. Also do the staff have training to bother you when you win ??

No more match plays?
After the initial free match plays you don’t seem to ever receive any more? Needs more regular match plays to make it worth while

you can play 100€, if you win 30€ he won't give you anything
The place for him is the worst I've ever seen in England. So the coffee shop doesn't work. I won 30€, they don't have any money to give me the bosses and tell me it's too much to play or come tomorrow to get it. I don't recommend you go there because you can't have fun, you'll get more of a headache than anything else.

Barely get anything on the app waste of time
The free bingo to gain points has been removed but you couldn’t be bothered to spend money updating the app !
Pathetic and amateurish.
