Makes Me Mad

I've only played this game for a day and I'm stuck on level 1! When Eric gets out and you have to do all those tasks or whatever it makes you use the grabber claw which includes premium or whatever or you can't get past the level. If anyone can tell me how to pass it then please tell me. Otherwise please change this.

I love it! But it would a hold dang lot better is you didn't have to buy OR watch ads. How would you like a game that you can only play one part free and the rest you watch ads or you have to buy it. Please please PLEASE make everything free, so you dont have to buy or watch ads. Please and thank you.
