I booked an appointment for my checkup paid Rs.130.
When I came to hospital and tried to go to see the doctor i have to follow all the old system like name registration and wait as ticket number in line .

Can’t view the appointment time before booking
The overall app looks good. But why can I see the available appointment slot of the doctor before booking. Why do I have to pay first? And what if I don’t like the available time once I paid the charge.
