Merra: Medication Pill Tracker

• Pharmacy: a new tab for where you buy and what you pay. Save your pharmacies, or tap Find Nearby to search the map. Log each purchase with its price, quantity, and date, and attach a photo of the receipt from the camera or your library. Tap the price or the pharmacy name on the receipt and Merra fills the field in for you to check. • Leaving home: Merra can remind you about a dose that is due in the next few hours as you head out. Set your home on a map in Settings > Leaving home. This needs location access set to Always. Your home location stays on this device and is never synced or shared. • Calendar: Settings > Calendar adds a recurring event for every scheduled dose to a calendar named Merra, with an optional alert five minutes before. Turning it off removes the events. • Adding a medication: the flow now asks one question at a time, including which pharmacy you use. Every question after the name can be skipped. • Care circle: invitations now go out as an iCloud share link, and the person who accepts joins straight away. Circles from earlier versions are not carried over, so invite your members again. • Reinstalling: when Merra finds your data in iCloud on a fresh install, it asks whether to restore it or start fresh. • Places: 44 photographs of real landscapes, unlocked as your streaks and totals grow. The next one sits on the Today screen under your doses, and the whole collection is in Settings > Places. Tap a place you have unlocked to set it as the app background. • Insights: every card and tile opens a detail view with the full series and every entry behind the number. Tap a bar or point on a chart to read that day. Adherence now covers 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or a year, and the choice sticks. • Weight: Merra asks for your weight after the first dose of the day, and again after the last dose when it is six or more hours later, whatever the medication. The per-medication weight setting is gone. • Care circle: removing a member shows exactly what is removed first, and can be undone for 20 seconds afterwards. • Apple Health: each Insights section offers to connect Health where its data would appear. The separate connections card is gone; the full list stays in Settings. • Food timing: give a medication a standing instruction (take with food, before a meal, after a meal, or on an empty stomach) in the dosage step when you add it, or later on its detail screen. It then shows on dose rows, in widgets, on Live Activities, and in the reminder itself. • If a medication's notes already describe a food instruction, its detail screen offers to fill the setting in. Nothing is applied on its own. • Insights now show one household member at a time instead of blending everyone into a single rate and streak. This also fixes a bug where two people logging weight on the same day overwrote each other. • Live Activities: once a dose is taken, the banner becomes a button that opens the check-in. • Importing medications from Apple Health now leads with manual entry when Health has nothing to share. • Fixes: long medication names no longer break mid-word, the keyboard's Done button no longer covers Continue, a typed decimal in the supply field no longer becomes a huge number, "1 weigh-in logged" is singular, and the 30-day adherence places no longer unlock on your first dose.
