Merra is a medication and peptide tracker for people managing prescriptions, injections, and supplements. Log doses, scan labels, and share care with family or a caregiver. PEPTIDES & INJECTIONS Merra includes a curated peptide catalog with common names and typical dosing formats. Log injections by site, track cycles, and keep a peptide protocol or supplement stack separate from your standard medications. Injection history is timestamped and searchable by peptide. MEDICATIONS & REMINDERS Add a medication by scanning the prescription label with your camera, or search the built-in medication library. Set daily, weekly, every-other-day, or custom schedules, including weekly GLP-1 medication schedules. Reminders fire as local notifications and appear on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island through Live Activities. Confirm, skip, or snooze a dose without opening the app. INVENTORY & REFILLS Merra tracks how many doses you have left for every medication, peptide, and supplement. It flags low stock before you run out and surfaces expired items so nothing lingers in the cabinet past its date. Refill reminders are based on your actual usage, not a fixed calendar. FAMILY & CAREGIVERS Create a care circle and invite a partner, parent, or caregiver through CloudKit sharing. Each member keeps a separate profile, medication list, and dose log. Circle members see only what they're invited to see. Joining a care circle you've been invited to is free. INSIGHTS The Insights tab shows adherence trends by medication, streaks, and week-over-week patterns. It can pair your dose history with Apple Health sleep data to show how the two relate over time. Insights show trends, not diagnoses. BACKUP & EXPORT Export your full medication history as a portable backup file, or restore it on a new device in seconds. Schedule automatic backups to iCloud Drive. Generate a printable PDF report formatted for a doctor's visit. PRIVACY Merra runs on your device and your iCloud. No account is required, and there is no Merra server for your health data. Sleep correlations from Apple Health are calculated on-device. Care circle sharing uses Apple's end-to-end encrypted CloudKit. Optional, anonymous product analytics are off by default; if you turn them on, they record only event names, never medication names, dosages, or health content.
