Good app but…
A good app to have if you are a member. It is nice being able to select a gym and see the different class schedules, but I wish there was a way to narrow the search. There are a few specific classes I am interested in taking and want to see if any new days or times are added. It can be annoying going through the entire calendar trying to find this out. It would be nice if there was a way to also follow a general workout class, not just favorite a class for a specific date and time (ex. Being able to follow “gentle yoga” or “body combat”). Overall it is a nice app to have but I just wish I could favorite a workout session.

Account Login Errors
App is great when working. I reported to corporate 2 months ago that my account will not sign in and the error is still there. I wouldn’t recommend downloading until this is remedied
Outdated, Disappointing, Horrible UX
I hope Merritt shops around for a different app provider. Any amount of money they are paying motion vibe for this app service is too much. There has to be something better out there. You could be losing members over an experience this bad.
Should add support for Apple wallet so we can have out barcode on there.

Randomly stops working
Good when working. Seems to go down randomly. I can get to app but not the weeks group fitness schedule. After an upgrade randomly won’t accept my password. Just frustrating. Still doesn’t notify through app if there is a sub. I do receive emails.
Does not do much
I can’t use the app for any of the convenient features promised except for checking in. I can’t sign up for classes in the app, and I can’t/won’t be coming in the gym 2 hours early to sign up. I can’t see the hours of operation. The only reason it get 2 stars instead of 1 is because the convenience of checking in.

Nice app with lots of features

Better than my last gym’s app by far. Easy to find my classes. I like the favorites and alerts.
Check in errors
Normally works well but since the most recent update a month ago it doesn’t show any of my class check-ins and remains at zero which is frustrating
Failed to Recognize
I tried several times to register in this app with my barcode and last name as it instructs, and to no avail. Continues to say Failed to verify user. Gave up and deleted it.
Poorly Functioning App
It functions well, until it doesn’t. The app seems disconnected from the main system. The moment the app logs you out, you really have no way to get back in to the app even if you go to the “forget password” link. Nothing seems to register there, as if your entire account does not exist. Despite being able to reset your password online. I’ve been unable to access the app for three days and Merritt’s gym site doesn’t allow you to register for classes on there. Coming from a systems analyst, I would highly recommend finding a team to redesign your app and site.

Logs me out everyday!
The app logs me out everyday! I’ve reset my password a bunch just to get back into the app. It’s very frustrating!
Horrible
This app is painfully slow and never loads properly no matter the strength of connectivity.
Like the old version better
Don't really like the new app. Can't see what number you are on the wait list. It takes forever to load. Please update this Merritt!!!!
Not quite ready
The app needs more work. I have had to reset twice and still receiving error message.
Annoying
I'm annoyed that with the new update the app prompts me to check-in to Merritt evertime I drive by the gym. I live in the area. I'm going to pass the gym without going in, quite often

Broken with no functionality
First of all, I have downloaded and reinstalled this all 3 times and it's currently just broken. However, when it was technically functioning, it didn't really do anything. As much as I wish Merritt could put together a good app that could integrate (or, preferably replace) Motion Vibe.
Having a gym with a wireless way to sign up for classes with no app format is USELESS.
