Obviously broken
The app calculated 10 year risk of CHD event with CAC as 100% and 10 year risk without as 100%.
Using the same input data on their same calculator on their web site gave the corresponding scores as 25.4% and 14.0%
This makes no sense.
The app support link here in the App Store goes to a placeholder web site for an unclaimed host name.

Great risk calculator
The very useful feature is the option to incorporate CCS or not and can see how the risk is modified in patients with this data
Not functioning
Calculated risk as 100% with and w/o CAC score of 40 in 70yo female w/o additional risk factors (doubtful). Could not change units or make it functional in any other way.
Needs a lot of work
Great idea to make the app but no button for decimal point when entering mmol/l and cant scroll the result popup on iphone 15
The tool is not working
I just reloaded the APP and it still is not working. Until this is fixed do not upload or use this APP
UX Issues
It's nice that they made this free app. Unfortunately problems with the UX make it unusable; screen can't be scrolled; links can't be clicked; dialogs can't be dismissed. Just use the website.
Great tool!
ASCVD risk calculator that takes CAC score into account is excellent and the app seems to perform this function well. The negatives mentioned in previous reviews seem to have been addressed; the "w/o CAC" score is still off screen at the bottom of the page but can easily be seen (for as long as you need) with 2-finger scrolling (IOS 17.5.1)

Results are off-screen, unviewable
UX needs more work. Results are displayed off-screen, in an unviewable area below the bottom-of-screen horizon. Attempts to scroll to results reveals a very brief glimpse, only if fingers remain on glass. But the glimpse is fleeting. Even if user tries to hold that position, the display snaps back to top with results (and a never-reachable “recommendations” hyperlink) out of view. Environment is iPhone 12 with up-to-date iOS 16.6.

Functionality issues
Not having a decimal for mmol values is a real problem. Then not being able to scroll down on iPhone to the end of page to close makes it non functional. Unusable unfortunately
Woke Calculator
Latest version is woke listing race and gender in alphabetical order instead of most commonly used. So when plugging in calcium scores for our patients which are predominantly white males, we always have to do extra taps and scrolling. This would be a great calculator if your patient population were all black females.

Doesn't work
Doesn't matter what values I plug in, the application continues to tell me that I must plug in values within the specified range.
No metric option
The cholesterol values can only be entered in whole numbers. OK if your results are in mg/L, hopeless if your results are in mmol/L.
So, the app is useful in the USA, nonfunctional in the rest of the world.
