Please restore access

Hi there, I downloaded this prior to an in-app purchase being added. Using the restore did not work; updating the app did not work, and reinstalling and restoring did not work. I am learning Greek and would like my access restored so I can practice Greek handwriting.

Response from developer

Hi, thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re sorry for the trouble. If you purchased the app before the in-app purchase model was introduced, you should not have lost access to the features you originally purchased. The Restore Purchases option was not correctly recognizing some earlier App Store purchases. We’re correcting this so that existing customers who purchased the app before this change are properly recognized and can continue using their previous access, including Greek handwriting practice. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for helping us identify the issue.

Fantastic app, just need one small, tweak

I really like this app and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth, reliable experience. The core features work beautifully.

However, there is one small enhancement that would make it absolutely perfect: the text size options. the current size is still a bit too big for my liking. I would love to see an update that increases the range of the font adjustment feature, allowing users to scale the text size to adjust it as per their individual needs.
Overall, it's a fantastic app with great potential. With a slight improvement to the accessibility/font settings, it easily deserves a full 5 stars!

Response from developer

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback and recommendation. We’re very glad to hear that you’re enjoying the app and that the core experience has been working smoothly for you. Your suggestion about expanding the text size range is very helpful. We agree that having more flexibility, especially for smaller text sizes, would make the app more comfortable for different preferences and accessibility needs. We’ll take this into account for an upcoming update. Thank you again for taking the time to share such detailed feedback and for supporting the app.
