I use this app to fill out consents and intake form and it works really well. I can do this on my own phone and the information links to MeSO. In here I can view all my past treatment history and it’s wonderful!

Great experience
I had such a great experience at this med spa. From the moment I walked in, the space felt clean, calming, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to really listen to my concerns instead of rushing me through the appointment. My provider explained everything thoroughly, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and tailored the treatment to my skin’s needs. I really appreciated how professional and detail-oriented everyone was, it made me feel confident I was in good hands. I’m already seeing great results and will definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for a med spa that’s honest, skilled, and truly cares about their clients, I highly recommend this place.

Cool App
I like that I can track all my visits and treatment history at MeSO using this app. It is also helpful that I can come back to their recommendations for my skincare journey. I can book an appointment instantly after checking out their latest specials. They have a Guest Pass that I can share with friends, too. Easy to use, clean design. Pretty cool!

Very Organized
The app itself is very organized and straight forward. I go to this spa for their Newport location, it’s so much easier to manage my appointments and payments on here!
Don’t go here
Probably the worst hydrafacial I’ve ever gotten. The price point is way too high to provide amateur services.
- they were late for the appt
- didn’t provide a towel until asked to protect my clothes from getting stained by the product
- cleansed me, then did light therapy which dried out my skin (and then found out it was because someone else was using the machine)
- ended up waiting a long time and was on my phone until the machine became available (my skin still super dry)
- technician seemed inexperienced to perform this facial and sometimes stuff didn’t come out of the tube to apply to my skin
- did only half my face for one of the serums
- felt like things were just being slapped on my face instead of carefully treated
- My skin feels dryer than when I entered
I’m never coming back here again.
