There is no point at placing mobile orders when the store ends up getting the order in 15+ minutes after placing it.
You “skip the line” just like the ad says, but end up waiting twice or triple the time.

Like seeing order status and being able to exit from specific order view instead of just Re-ORDER as an option
Not working
App has not been working over a week. None of the payment options work. Also it does not allow me to choose restaurant the order comes from so it automatically defaults to one 35 minutes away when there is a location just 15 minutes away.
Order in person.
Not worth it is you’re at the Florida Mall location. They don’t pay attention to the tickets printed by the app so your order is overlooked. You don’t save any time if you have to remind them when your are there to check the mobile orders.
Time zone issue
It’s 9am local time but app says my local store is closed until 7am. Unable to change time zone to place order.
