Used the delete contacts with no name feature. Like an idiot I didn’t back up first. All contacts gone!

Doesn’t work and can easily result in making things worse.
This app focuses more on user interface design than it does on actually functioning at all.
1) Contacts organizer made it worse, all my contact duplicates got DOUBLED (i.e. if i had 3 duplicate contacts, merging them resulted in 6 duplicates instead of one)
2) Video organizer didn’t work, it just showed all my videos in one messy place, which anyone could simply do without an app and they’d even be able to scroll faster without lag.
3) absolutely no user feedback in the sense that there are no tips, instructions, settings, etc. The “i” info button just gives you links to support and feedback, but no FAQ, contact, or help page. While searching, you must stay on the app till it finishes, or else it’ll crash, and the app does not inform you of that. It does not have a help section or organization features that make any sense, which would’ve been acceptable if at least the app download page gave information, in which it did not.
The lack of information given makes it super easy for a confused user to delete media which could result in permanent deletion, etc.
Apps like these are proof to why people need to study UI/UX to understand user behaviors and patterns or functional/non functional requirements, etc. and not just make a pretty looking app and hope for the best without much testing.

No matter what I did in my settings for my phone to permit mess cleaner to access my photos to find duplicates it was not possible. Very disappointing.

Constant popup ads
The only reason I gave this app 2 stars instead of only 1 is that it will find duplicates quickly and can search by different categories, e.g. search contacts by same names, numbers, email addresses, etc. However, practically everything you click results in an ad that takes over your whole screen, which you cannot immediately delete. I don’t usually mind ads, but this was ridiculous and frustrating, and I find it unusable. If that sort of thing doesn’t bother you, you might like this app. I didn’t use it long enough to test the other features bc the ads were making me growl! lol

Provide as free option
Every cleaning activity is plagued with multiple ads requesting permissions for various things. No option to pay more for ad free. Annoying, would not buy again.
