App is not working yet still in development and needs to work with vpn services
Doesn’t work
This app just doesn’t work. The employees kept encouraging my boyfriend (who uses a wheelchair) to use the app and have our groceries delivered but it doesn’t even work. I keep typing in my address and it says it’s incorrect... blocks away from the supermarket. Haven’t they noticed they don’t get orders through the app? Annoying.

Horrible
Overcharged me on my c/c & told me the day the delivery comes they will charge me correct price. On the day of delivery I waited from 10am to 8pm. Nobody ever showed up. I called them & said no one showed up. He said oh, there’s a five day delay. I said don’t you email or call to let the person know? He said “no you have to call.” So unhappy about the service & no apology either. :(

Worst Market
Do not use this APP. Prices may vary from the store to the APP — not consistent. Besides, I live near a MetFresh and the customer service is terrible.
Horrible
Bad experience with the service. I felt like they were lost at the beginning. It looks that they tried but no. Frustration with their system going down: then I was charged more than what I purchased. But they told me not to worry bc it won’t charge me. It didn’t make sense bc I didn’t even reach that amount. Wasted my whole morning thinking It was going to be an amazing experience shopping online. Not good at all.
