Not letting me join group calls
For some reason, it won’t let me join my friends group call anymore, and I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and device, but it hasn’t worked
There are some issues
I always have an issue with downloading videos or even photos from the app, no matter what it always either takes 10 minutes to download a minute long video, or it just downloads half way and says “download unsuccessful”.
Why can’t they just make the downloading work, like the Xbox app downloads long videos within seconds and without issue, why can’t this one?

Call glitch
For the love of god, please fix the call glitch, I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app dozens of times because if someone calls a group chat it will continue to call and then hang up over and over again and deleting the app seems to be the only fix for that

Doesn’t honor referrals.
I earned a bunch of referrals from people I met online. I talked about how amazing the meta verse was, told them about the referral bonus which helps with the price of the post purchase games. Many of these people used my referral and the referral completed, meaning they bought and activated their device. Meta never gave me the referral credit for these. When I reached out they want me to contact these individuals and get their full names, email addresses, gamer tags and serial number of their devices. They were people a payed a few online games with, I can’t get those details nor would I give them if the role was reversed. Terrible customer service.

Bring back Scoreboards!
I love collecting achievements and trying to complete everything in games, but the scoreboards are now glitched and won’t work because of it getting discontinued. Please bring it back, it gives the feeling of being accomplished. The app is quite good with the ability to buy and download Vr games and call friends.
But most of all I want to see the scoreboards make a return. Thanks for reading my review.

I like it because i can talk to people on it.
Why Meta should add infinite battery to the headsets.
I was going to my charger and my headset died once I got there and I was making a game, and my progress of a game I was making, gone. Add generators to the inside of the headset Meta.
I really enjoyed playing but can you please make more games with no controller that are free?

Some issues with thinking friends are online
It keep saying my friend is online on Vr, but when I actually go on. It says they aren’t online even though on the mobile app it says they are. I don’t know what the issue is but it is probably a bug.
