How Can I Get the Help if it Won’t Load
The app keeps saying “something went wrong” and making me dismiss. But other than that, I hope this app improves. I have six free sessions, but I can’t access them.

The best way to find a therapist
The search function is fantastic — you can filter by race, therapy style, and even faith. Plus therapists have intro videos so you can get a sense for what they’re like

Very thankful for the meta app
I was feeling anxiety meeting some of the deadlines classes. I tried to schedule an appointment with my schools counselors but I had to wait 3 weeks but I needed help as soon as possible. My friend introduced me to meta app and I got immediate access from credible therapist who were available to give me the counseling I needed on the spot through a video chat feature. I plan to use meta bc I know I will get the help I need when I need it.
