Not working.
I love using this app but since 2 days ago when I’m running the shortcuts program I tried to paste the information and the app closes by itself. I try reinstalling, restarting my phone and is not working. HEEELP.

App is crashing
After having no issues the app is suddenly crashing and there’s no way to report the issue within the app.
Force closes
Been using this for awhile and it was nice for extra cash, now I can’t hear back from support, so they are lucky to even get 2 stars. I paste the information as I’ve done over 100 times, but now it closes it all. Until this is resolved it will remain 2 stars.

Keeps crashing
Was good until recently.
I’ve enjoyed this app. Easy to use. Easy to build up points. But here recently it isn’t letting me do my tasks. When I go to do them, it closes itself out. Which means I miss out on my tasks and building points. If this could be fixed and I could do my tasks it’s not letting me do and do my future tasks that’d be great. But until then I guess I’ll keep on trying.

The Meta Viewpoints app keeps crashing
Hi. I tried to do the daily activities but the app keeps crashing and closing out when I attempt to complete them. I really love this app and it’s been helpful to me. Please fix this glitch so we can complete the activities again. Thank you so much and take care!
App now crashes with no workaround
I’ve used this app daily for over a year with no issues but suddenly today out of nowhere, the Shortcuts program crashes every time I attempt to paste the necessary data. There’s no workaround and numerous other people reporting this same exact problem in other reviews from the past few days so it’s obviously a bug with the app. I’ve tried emailing the support team and gotten no response. Please fix!

App crashes after newest update I have tried all of the troubleshooting and when completing a task it still crashes no error message or anything just closes. I wish there was an easier way to get help for this app

My rewards keep on getting delayed and cancelled after working so hard for those points.
App glitches
Recently the past few days it has been glitching right when i go to submit it and then i try again the same thing and i even tried redownloaded it and stillthe same. Otherwise the app is nice and i have been using it for a while.
Was great, now crashes before submission
So I have a task where I have to paste in some data from the provided shortcut, but now every single time I paste it into the text box the app crashes completely! Only has happened with latest update that was 5 days ago. Highly disappointed because I’ve missed at least 5 days now 🥲

Hi Meta Viewpoints Team - we are having issues with the app as many of us are unable to paste the date from shortcut succesfully after your last update. If you could check reddit as well.. everyone's having the same issue.. (app crashes after pasting the data)

Absolute dog water application with a bunch of stupid updates but failing to fixing the Core issues that are wrong with the darn app in the first place how do you advertise in that where we’re supposed to be able to do something and nothing happens

Today, Sept 16, 2026, after pasting my Shortcut information, the app immediately closes out. I restart my phone and the same thing happens. I can’t find a way to report the bug.
