Doesn’t work, no support, unresponsive customer service.
This app does not work and the company is not responsive nor honest in their support/answers. My credit card was charged without authorization. Be forewarned.
Unstable and not fun to use
I just started the NEFL maintenance (phase 3) a couple of days ago, app appeared to be unstable, would crash, plus there’s a glitch that doesn’t show your Avatar. The more frustrating and troublesome behavior started on just the 3rd day of running this app in maintenance mode - I can no longer log in, the app is giving an ‘invalid certificate’ error and won’t allow me to access the app. This is a critical issue as the ability to log, track, and monitor carbs, fat, and protein, weight, water consumption and other vital elements for a successful program is the only reason to subscribe ($275 yearly subscription). I’m very frustrated and sorry that I spent the subscription fee. For those looking for a free alternative and stability, I certainly don’t recommend using this app but would suggest MyFitnessPal. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Lastly, for the developers that would recommend an iPhone iOS update to me, my iPhone (iPhone 10) is current - up to date and running the latest iOS patch release.

Great plan & great app
I love the water reminders and the constant support of real life people. This app is awesome, this program is amazing. I’ve been in it for 10 days and have had a great experience.
