Metakidia Adventure is an app that helps children develop healthy lifestyle habits. Each day, they complete 1 to 2 health missions. Health missions consist of tasks that encourage increased physical activity, healthy eating habits, healthy sleep habits, and healthy media usage. The mission period runs for 12 weeks. Mission results can be viewed within the app, along with the rankings and scores of friends completing missions together. Through team activities, children learn competition and cooperation while forming healthy lifestyle habits.
