The app is not needed. Bluetooth is not needed. Double tap the top of the pen. I love the pen. Deleting the app now. Peace
App doesn’t work
I was able to pair the device after that it wouldn’t let submit anything. Not the warranty, not the setup of apps, unable to see any data about it no battery charge info. Incredibly Frustrating

I got this as a present. It was a little confusing at first, but then I got the hang of it when I was looking at the reviews of the app. I saw a review that said it didn’t work the next day, but it was probably because the person didn’t press the little button that lights up, it knows You want to go on your thing but I love this and you’ll get the hang of it.

I couldn’t find my A14 pencil.
Love it but..
So when I got the meta pen a11 it was working just fine, until the next day. It was not working . Also the is really confusing.

Confusing app and pen
I really was excited to get a pen for Christmas. When I did, the app was super confusing. When we watched videos and did everything right, it didn’t work. I love the pen, but they need to make some troubleshooting videos to help it make more sense!

Update the pen, I’ve updated the pen 5 times and it’s still making me update it, and when I go to write something with the pen after I’m done with a word it deactivates so I can’t draw-type with it anymore. Over all I would only recommend the app for the battery percentage and I would recommend the pen for drawing only otherwise it doesn’t work.

useless pen, confusing app
Costed $20 to $30 for a useless pen. The only thing it does is turn up the volume. The app asked for an email. I don’t think you need an email for drawing. The app was also very confusing. Did not work at all. If you are about to buy this pen, don’t. Total scam.
more app variety
good pen, good app, but I wish there was support for more apps so I could use the button shortcuts. I use OneNote and pressing the button on my pen does nothing even when ‘app selected’ is ‘general’.
Useless app and pen
This app is so useless and the A8 pen doesn’t even work. I even watched the guide video it had and it was a whole different app and it was all Chinese. I tried so many ways and it didn’t even work. And why would there be an app when is doesn’t even have A8 it only has A11.
