Metar Italia shows the METAR reports of every Italian airport, read straight from the official Aviation Weather Center (NOAA) source. The app opens on the full list of Italian stations with the raw report, the observation time in UTC and the ICAO identifier coloured by flight category: green VFR, blue MVFR, red IFR, purple LIFR. One glance tells you where you can fly.
