This app is so easy and readable that anyone interested in airport weather can see and understand in an instant.
Great App But…
Great app, but don’t make the mistake I did of donating $15 on their website to get an ad free website. It continuously requires some process to “make sure you’re human” and then required me to log in to get my favorite airports and units of measurement. When I asked for a complimentary app since I already paid $15 I got a “we’re too busy to respond to email” response.

If You Would Allow Aligning The Runway For Pilots
As a pilot who is using this App in the cockpit for crosswind check, I keep trying to contact the Developer to allow the App to align the runway vertically up and down to your actual approach instead of oriented toward the cardinal direction with NORTH UP. The Developer said you can do that on the web version by just clicking on the runway, but the App can't do that, yet. It should have been the other way around: Allow the App to do that first. Pilots have your App in the cockpit.

Visual cloud base off by 2000 feet on iPad
Great app :-) Please fix the visual cloud base - it's off by 2000 feet on iPad (iPhone does not have this error). Also, the red footer note "The information in this app is intended for educational purposes only" should be a legal disclaimer note when you install the app. It is very annoying seeing it on every page.

Disable Autocorrect and it’d be 5 stars
If this app disabled autocorrect on text input for the ICAO identifier search, this app would be 5x better. Developer, please just search for “Disable auto correction of UITextField” on stack overflow. Small change will make a big difference. Currently, major airports like “KORD” (Chicago O Hare) will auto correct to “LORD” and even if you click “KORD” in your auto correct suggestions, it will auto add a space “KORD “ which will show no results, so you just can’t win.

Ok as far as it goes
I find it frustrating that the US style of reporting weather is used especially on a EU based app. According to ICAO there is only VMC and IMC. Marginal VFR is VFR. IFR is IFR except when it’s SVFR.

Practical, reliable, and great visual info!
Of course, we must all always rely on official sources of METARs and TAFs only. But, I often use this daily as a quick reference, and can almost always count on it 100%. What I love the most is it decodes the METARs and TAFs and puts it in a very nice visual format that is easy to read and interpret.
Well worth the small fee even for a PPL student like myself.
