Terrible app with endless issues
It constantly logs you out for no reason, and when you try to sign back in, it often fails to send the verification code. I’ve had to wait days before finally receiving a login code.
The smart ring itself is also unreliable. It frequently disconnects from the app and fails to deliver important notifications such as stress alerts, relaxation reminders, or even low battery warnings. In fact, the app only seems to sync data when I manually open it.
What’s the point of paying for an expensive smart ring if I have to open the app every day—and sometimes multiple times a day—just to see my status and receive updates? A smart health device should work automatically in the background, not require constant manual checking.

Great app
Great app is pretty good but it needs new update for lagging and other bugs
App is the worst
Worst app I have used. Never works. Doesn’t sync and doesn’t connect. It’s so expensive for such a bad service.
Absolutely Awful
That this horrible app is a companion to such an expensive smart ring is an embarrassment. This is a shame because the hardware and sensors are quite good, but this app that barely works just hides how good the ring can be.
I’ve been trying to use it for months, but it’s garbage. It takes forever to sync. It says that I’ve slept 1 hour when I slept 8 hours. It doesn’t display step counts right. Some of the features in the app have never worked at all.
I saw that there was an update a few days ago and got a bit excited that maybe it would fix some of these issues, but somehow they managed to make it even worse. It used to at least look cool, but now it’s this ugly simple app with many features stripped out - and it still doesn’t work.
Today it says that I slept for 1Hour7Min, I’ve taken 0 steps so far, and it’s not displaying any other data besides that.
The crazy thing is that the insides of these rings are just a licensed copy of a much cheaper ring so you can pair and use other apps with it. Something like FITTR HART or JCRing or any of the other compatible apps will actually display the rings’ readings and unlike this app, they’re actually functional.
I can’t even figure out an explanation for why this app is such garbage, but it’s SO bad now, and even worse than it was a week ago.
