We are sorry you had this experience but we are a brand new app that has only launched a month ago and yes we are still working out bugs and working on growing our users. We try to temper expectations: Metby is not about finding an enormous volume of people to sift through. Metby works in the background and tries to find you a single highly compatible person that you might be looking for. Realistically it might generate one or two matches per month as we grow, but every match is made for a reason that Metby can articulate and express clearly and no one is matched for no reason or just because of age / gender. You have to actually be the person someone else is looking for, and they have to actually be the person you've told metby you are looking for. Hope that helps. Also, we do believe we've fixed the bug you referred to.
