The actual device works perfectly fine but app keeps saying network connection error when attempting to save data.

Will not log in. Cuts off before BP can be measured. Just utterly useless.
Not working
I’m getting network connection errors and can’t save my data. It’s finicky and the error above happens when the app and device are both running. When the device isn’t running the app doesn’t behave well.
I’d like to be able to import the data from the device into the app. If I uninstall it says my data will be lost, so I can’t try that solution.

Was working great I had to change the battery and and it don’t work so now I have to write everything down again that was the whole point of me buying this machine so it can log it for me please fix

I got this particular monitor solely because of the App but while the machine continues to work it WILL NOT transfer data to the App. Customer support is non existent, and there is no information anywhere to help you trouble shoot it yourself. Don’t even bother. Waste of money ☹️

I just received this, but going on opening the box, setting it up, changing BP and transmitting to phone, I will give it a five. If this changes, I will do an updated review and send this packing back to Amazon. I like it for now!! Very nice!!

My recording app has completely stopped working. I have tried to repeatedly contact support with no response. I love this app till it quit working but now it’s of no use at all not only did it quit working, but all the previous data that was in it disappeared I’ve tried resolutions myself with no avail I’m, read/ write will just not work.

Metene BP
App works fine for awhile; however after several weeks, it looses your data and will not allow me to enter new readings. This has happened twice since I purchased the BP monitor less than 8 mos ago. The support chat feature doesn’t work either. I bought this device so I could have a longitudinal record of my blood pressure. This isn’t reliable for me. The cuff monitor works fine and I can log those readings by hand. But now I’m making excuses for Metene’s problems.

So far so good, I always worry a bit about my personal info with these niche I reviewed apps but I think it's ok so far. Works great with my blood pressure monitor I got from Amazon! Update down from 4 stars to 1 as the app no longer saves any data, it displays that it's unable to record the data to the app... very disappointing. Please fix it and make it great again!
Update. As of 4/6/23 it is fixed and working again. -1 star for the delay and no response from customer service within the app.

Stop working
The machine and app was great but then as of 4/1/23- the app stop working . Will not record the blood pressure keeps saying “ record write failed. “ try contacting customer service through the app but no response. BP machine still works good just cannot use app anymore which is disappointing.
🚨 Buyer beware
I'm disappointed to report that I'm experiencing issues with Metene's mobile app, as it has stopped recording my blood pressure readings. Given that I specifically purchased a Bluetooth-enabled monitor with the expectation that it would automate this process, this is particularly frustrating. Despite reaching out to Metene's customer service team multiple times over the past two weeks, I have yet to receive a response, which is concerning. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would caution others against purchasing Metene products.

Good meter and app however…
As of 4/1/2023 the app has been unable to process the BP readings to save to the app which in turn does not upload to Apple Health. The app also has deleted all of my past BP readings. Please fix this as I use my meter daily and report all readings to my health care providers.
