Please fix this app
I would really like to use my scale with this app like I used to be able too. What happened???? Used to work just fine
Doesn’t work .. (anymore)
When we first got the scale and app it worked great, logging everything on your phone .. Now it just throws an error up and doesn’t work .. At least I can still weigh on the scale and log my weight manually in the Apple health app..

This app and scale worked GREAT and suddenly the app stopped logging weights and now won’t even open up. Please fix!
Web site is permanently down/ no sync
Really enjoyed this app for a year or more but nothing connects now. It seems like everyone who worked here just packed up and left.
Network issue
App keeps saying that there is an issue with the network and it’s not updating any info. Does this need an update or what?
Disgusting APP
I have a scale that is a boat anchor now because the app will not open and the scale is stuck in KGs. This worked until Metene fixed it. What a waste of time and money!
Fix the app!
Scale was good until the app stopped working. Now the scale is stuck in kg. I'm sure it would be a quick fix on the dev side.
DON’T BUY THIS
I was able to use it connected to the app for maybe 1 year. While the scale works great the app hasn’t work AT ALL for almost a year. Pick a different brand.

Like everyone else said, it WAS great! But now you can’t even log in. Just your basic bathroom scale now.

App stopped working and crashing all the time
It was working perfectly fine for a year or so and for the last few months it’s just stopped working. I tried to reinstall multiple time, but it didn’t help.

Can y’all fix this app so that it actually works?!? People bought the scale so we can track our progress and the app won’t even open, at this point, let alone work properly. It’s a waste of money. It worked perfectly, before. Idk what the issue is but please figure it out and fix it. I never even leave reviews but this is irritating, now.

At first the scale worked great, but now the app won’t work. It keeps spinning and won’t connect to my account. Can you use fix this bug? The issue has been going on for months. I’ve reached out to you via the whats up app and by email.

At first this was amazing, it would log pretty much everything I needed for my weight loss and muscle gain journey.
All of sudden now it doesn’t work and it just spins the wheel of death. If you guys discontinued this app just let customer know.
