Having a dashcam app has saved me many $ over the last 10 years. It’s amazing the lies/misconceptions people have about a traumatic incident like a crash. Don’t hesitate - get it!
WORST APP EVER
Every time it asks me to update even tho I don’t have to. Whe;I delete it asks me the same thing this app is hella bas
Missing functions.
1. It looks pretty good
2. The map function is missing
3. The some recorded videos are missing.
4. Unable to save videos to camera roll. All it does is take a screenshot. And screenshot is actually missing the overlay so it’s useless too.

Love the app and its non cluttered layout and logic. Very good work. I wish the location notification would not advise that service is not on. I can't charge the iphone in my vehicle and to use location services without charging is suicide for the phone's battery. So create an option to leave user alone when location services are off. I just want to record the drives and back up to icloud... that's it; no maps or tracking or speed info; just video and audio. I bought the premium upgrade. I also don't like that the App Store can't easily find the app. Its Meteor 73 but icon only says "Meteor". Please update this as well.

Just right! Using 4 mos. now
GR8. No useless extras that clutter up the app, and the good extras in the display can be turned on or off.
Using this every weekend for >4 months. Solid running.

Unreliable app.
I used this app to record my 2 hours road trip.
I hit turn on and let the app run continously recording for 2 hours until I got home I turned off.
However when I reviewed the recorded video, the app outputed several videos with 1min length, 2min length, 5,10 min length.
All of their lengths add up was only ~ 20min, not even 2hrs as I had hoped.
In the duration of 2 hours when I was recording, the app did not show or indicate any error. It just went smoothly with the "recording symbol".
Im very dissapponted bc it kinda ruined my special trip.
I should have used the camera app that comes with the OS.

The app description is clearly states "Loop video and sound recording with automatic overwriting". Any of dash cam apps and devices initially designed to use infinite loop overwriting. You can tweak the loop time in the settings.

High Quality
iPhone 6 Pro. Works very well. Settings are in the play video area. Most time allowed is 60 mins. Will loop. Stabilizing works and on my phone 1080p is clear at 30 fps. 60fps also available. Not tried yet. Has quick dialer and music player. Better than any car cam I have used.

Works well. Have to pay for the premium bits to make it worthwhile though.
A little confusing to start stop, would just prefer a button to start/ stop! Good features on the videos (braking indicator, speed, g forces etc). Mapping functions don't seem to work for me. Would recommend though as a fairly competent camera. Hope I am never in a situation where I have to use its output!

I purchased the Full Pack $4.99. This app is good. Better than some others.
Screen: A little bit to much clutter, I would like a "minimize or hide some of the tabs" feature.
Phone: kind of nice to be able to use phone and still record.
Map: Does not work (at least for me it doesn't) for $4.99 I would think it should work.
Expense: Nice, but give me the option to hide that feature. (see above Screen: note)
Music: Nice, rarley used, but nice.
Settings: Lots to choose from to customize to your needs. Almost too many.
I could not get the Protected recordings feature to work.
Could sure use a Users Guide to explain the how to use and what these feature do.

Pretty good
Not a bad alternative to buying a dash cam. Pretty reliable, however I find the mapping option, on the second screen only partly works. The tracking is on screen but the background maps for any option don't load.

Works well, paid to get rid of the adds and to manage the video output format still much cheaper than a car cam.

Not impressed with this particular dashcam app. I had an irritating problem with the app not recording even after I hit the record button and the voice in the app stated that the cam was recording. I'd get home and discover that only the last part of my drive had been recorded. This would be useless if you were depending on this feature on a long drive or trip and an incident happened. I tried it on three different outings and the same thing happened. Three strikes, you're OUT!!! Moving on to a different dashcam app.

Great!
This app is pretty well put together. I like it a lot, it's very useful, and fairly easy to navigate. I am having a problem with the map not working but overall it's a great app. Definitely would have been a five if my map worked.

Seems to be ok now they have updated it. Does what you need and a few other tricks too. Nice design, simple to use and options to save the data without the speed showing.

Awesome alternative to a dash cam! Just found a great car dash holder that didn't shake! Still learning new things each week of use. Upgraded to full pack for $4.99. Love it do far!
