About

Know what your home costs each month. Meter keeps your bills and subscriptions in one place, adds them up to one monthly number, reminds you the day before anything is due, and lets you tick each one off once it’s paid. No account, no bank connection and no ads. You add what your home pays, and Meter does the math, counting anything that doesn’t come monthly at its monthly share. ONE NUMBER FOR YOUR HOME • What your household costs a month, bills and subscriptions together • Everything due in the next three days, soonest first • A reminder the day before every bill and renewal TICK OFF WHAT’S PAID • Tick a bill or renewal in Upcoming once it’s paid, and it greys until its day has passed • Anything you haven’t ticked stays in Upcoming for five days after it’s due, marked overdue • With notifications on, Meter’s icon shows how many are still to pay, across all your homes BILLS • Start with eleven common bills: rent, mortgage, electricity, gas, water, internet, home insurance, property tax, groceries, the car and car insurance • Add any other bill by name • Who it’s with, how much, how often (from every two weeks to once a year) and when it’s next due • Pause a bill you’re not paying right now SUBSCRIPTIONS • Monthly and yearly totals for everything you pay for • Pick the day each one renews next, and every renewal after it follows • Free trials stay out of your total until they turn paid, with a reminder the day before each one ends • Pause a plan without losing it MONTH AHEAD See this month week by week, and what’s easy to miss, like water every two months. Tap a question and Apple Intelligence answers it, right on your iPhone. YOUR FAMILY Add the people you live with and share your home through iCloud. Tick who each bill or subscription is for: Meter shows each person only what’s theirs, and you see it all. MORE THAN ONE HOME Keep a second home, a rental or a parent’s place separate, each with its own bills and subscriptions. EASY TO CHANGE Edit anything right where it is, give it its own icon, or select several to move, assign or delete at once. Nothing is saved until you tap the checkmark. YOURS, AND ONLY YOURS • No account, no sign-up, no ads and no tracking • No bank connection: you add things yourself • What you add stays on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, and nothing is sent to us • Apple Intelligence runs on your iPhone Month Ahead needs Apple Intelligence, on iPhone 15 Pro or later. To share a home, everyone needs an iPhone with Meter, signed in to iCloud. Meter is new. Tell us what would make it better at getmeter.app/support.

What's New in Meter

1.1.0

October 17, 2026

Meter 1.1 is about what your home pays, and what’s left to pay. • Mark as Paid: each bill and renewal in Upcoming has a circle. Tick it once it’s paid, and the row greys until its day has passed. Tap again to undo, or touch and hold a row for Mark as Paid or Mark as Unpaid. • Overdue: a bill or renewal you haven’t ticked stays in Upcoming for five days after its day, with how many days it’s overdue. • With notifications on, Meter’s icon shows how many in Upcoming are still to pay, across all your homes. • Upcoming says Due today or Due tomorrow when a bill is that close. • Groceries joins the bills every home starts with. • A subscription asks when it renews next: pick the day, and every renewal after it follows. Subscribed Since and Total Paid are gone. • Every bill asks when it’s next due, as a date. • Month Ahead opens as a screen of its own. • Tiles are smooth squircles now, like app icons. • Meter is now just bills and subscriptions: Inventory and Share into Meter are gone. Anything you kept in Inventory stays with your home, out of sight.
