This app is useless. First time I used it, it to buy electricity, it worked. Second time I tried buying electricity, my money has been pending and I’ve contacted customer support but none is responsive.

A scam
This app is trash, I tried to buy a token but thee app was saying error and I messaged them since October 31st that I want to be refunded but they didn’t reply me or say anything and this is November 7. You people should refund me back my money. Nobody is talking from y your side no accountability which is very bad, my money hasn’t been refunded at all.

This is a scam platform! Do not send any money to it or connect your bank card to it.
This app disappeared with my money when I tried to use it for paying electric bill. The app doesn’t work for anything except getting you to connect your bank card or send money into their personal account. Do not use this platform!!

I’m highly disappointed with the customer service very poor customer relations you can imagine I recharged my meter for the past 48hrs and the token was been rejected by the meter I chatted customer service on WhatsApp till now no response even called that number repeatedly no one is answering now I’m blackout cause there no more unit on the meter 💔💔💔💔

I downloaded this thing call app and I can’t even get a successful payment to get a token and I don’t even know why there is no place to remove my money back is not there cause it’s really annoying
