Automates flawed processes
I am new to Qatar, but have lived in other countries, including the GCC where my (New Zealand) drivers lie se could be instantly exchanged for a local one. In Qatar, I have to undertake Theory and Practical tests and the queues for each are 4-6 months.
Why it takes so long is a total mystery as the population here is tiny, and immigration is drying up.
There needs to be a serious revamp of the adminstrative processes that sit behind these buttons. It should not take a year to get a license!

Very bad application
Many times paid for one visa , money deducted from bank , but always transaction failed, i complain manytimes , they never solve this issues, very disappointed with metras2

البرنامج شامل اغلب الاحتياجات ولكن عندي 3 ملاحظات لو تم التطوير عليهم راح تحسن من البرنامج
١- الاقسام كثيرة ومشتته بشكل كبير لدرجة ان في اجراءات حكومية موجودة فالبرنامج ماعرفت اوصل لها الا بعد ما شرحها لي شخص ودلني على مكان الاجراء وطريقته
٢- ميزة وجود صورة البطاقة الشخصية وجواز السفر والشهادات شي ممتاز جداً ولكن عدم اعتمادها في اغلب الأمور والجهات الحكومية او التجارية هذا الشي يفقد قيمتها واهميتها
٣- واجهة البرنامج مازالت بالمقاسات القديمة في فراغات اعلى واسفل الشاشة لان البرنامج مبني على مقاسات الايفون القديم اتمنى تحديث الواجهة على حجم الشاشات الجديدة للايفون
اتمنى الاهتمام بهاذي الملاحظات لتحسين البرنامج واكيد كل الشكر على القائمين عليه وعلى جهودهم المبذولة

At the time of writing, in 2022, Metrash2 is still built to use the pre iPhone X display resolution and aspect.
The user experience as a whole is very poor, with menu design out of the early 2000s at best, with menu elements such as dates still using click wheel entry, and poor unintuitive naming and categorisation of functions.
Unfortunately it’s all but mandatory in Qatar, despite being software that should have long been consigned to the archives of App Store history.

التطبيق يحتاج الى تحديث جذري
التطبيق مفيد جدا وخدماته ممتازه ولكن يحتاج الى تحديث كبير في طريقة العرض وواجهة المستخدم.. التطبيق صار قديم جدا ويحتاج الى تعديلات كبيرة في التصميم.. ونتمنى اضافة خدمة Apple Pay في صفحات الدفع

There is a black bar visible. We are at one of the best countries in the world. We deserve the best app in the world and the best tech in the world. Please support the new iPhone such as iPhone X, iPhone XS, iPhone 11, iPhone 12, iPhone 13 and the max size. The app is upscaled clearly and it look awful. We waited 4 years since the iPhone X release and the app still not upgraded to support them natively. And we also want the support for apple wallet. In iOS 15 there is a wallet support for driver license and IDs. So please support that and add our QID and driver license to apple wallet. Just like Arizona state and Georgia, USA. Please let us be proud of our app because Qatar deserves the best.
