Actually Helpful Health Tracking
The app gives genuinely useful guidance on how to improve my metrics instead of just pointing out problems, and the privacy features make me feel fully in control of my data. Big fan!

Love using metric to track all of my health data. It does a great job of summarizing workouts and overall health. Highly recommend!
Not functional or worth the money
This app is very lazily done, and honestly a users privacy nightmare. Do not listen to the developer, they are absolutely collecting and linking your sensitive data. As another reviewer said there’s other health apps that are much more functional, and also keep your sensitive data in mind.

Looks pretty but functionally pointless
The app looks nice but it’s essentially just a wrapper for Apple Health with in-built ChatGPT functionality. There are plenty of existing apps that do all the same stuff but with better functionality. Reviews are clearly self-written.

AWESOME
What a great app! It’s so nice to track my heart health as I have a family history of heart disease. It even has AI features to record my nutrition and calorie intake. 10/10 recommend this to anyone looking to improve their health.

Can’t do anything without subscribing it seems. Collects your health data THEN asks for money. Guess I just gave away my data for nothing.

In fact, we don't even store logs or have servers because we believe so strongly in user privacy(we're one of the only health apps doing this). We also are planning on adding a free trial and it should be available soon!
