Can you please fix this app
Seriously this app is broken. I’d say at least 1 out of 5 logins I have to authenticate. Also having not touched my password I now can’t log in. I’m afraid to try again for fear of being locked out. I need to follow transactions and this app is just not reliable. Ultimately I will have to change to another financial institution if this persists

No option to reset password
Constant redirects and “unable to authenticate user” error. Cannot get into account for days at a time without calling. Great bank, terrible app
Terrible app. Terrible bank
This app never works. I can never know how much money I have in my account because it will constantly ask to set up authentication but never does. Just deleted it because I get a thousand security alert emails a day about my pin being wrong even though it's right and accepts it the second time.
Every two weeks the app goes to crap
Ever since the last major update, this app will not allow log-in about every two weeks. Super annoying.
It has been crashing
Overall this app has been crashing so much in the past month. It was great but now it’s annoying to not be able to track your transactions because it’s crashing.
SSL error at Login
The app has been great until lately. When I try to login to my app I get an SSL error and it closes the app. Please fix this ASAP! Thanks
Won’t update to include Face ID
I recently updated my iPhone and this app won’t update to include Face ID.

After the IOS 13.3 update this app crashes and will no longer login.
Adjustment
I like how you use to could subtract what you don’t want to spend and it would show the balance minus that.
Fingerprint entry
I do not like that fingerprint entry is no longer working to access this site.

Like the app, my only wish is to be able to use face id to sign in, like you can with touch id. Im sure this will come in time.
The worst banking app ever
Metro is my secondary bank, my primary is Simple due to the ease of access on their online account platform and app. Metro needs to take some pointers from them.
Top notch app
So glad I have this app so that I don’t constantly have to be at my computer to make transactions!
