There’s no way to contact customer service the hotline doesn’t work I messaged metro markets on Facebook Instagram and sent 2 emails and I didn’t get what I paid for how do I raise a complaint

Can I order my groceries online for pick up? I have used this app before, but it didn’t work out.
Impossible to log in
The app requests a confirmation code which is supposed to be sent to the phone number, but the code never reaches. And there’s no other way to confirm the account
