Worst experience ever
I ordered a TV online for my mother from USA, I ordered because I trusted this store. They were supposed to deliver on the coming Tuesday but didn’t deliver and didn’t even inform what’s happening, after 10 days they cancelled the order saying it’s out of stock without even informing. 4 days have passed and I still haven’t gotten my refund for the order and no refund issue email, absolutely pathetic communication and customer service.

They’ve taken my money and keep claiming that they haven’t received payment even though I have receipts to prove that the hefty payment has been taken.
Location selection is issue
App doesn’t support the feature to manually set or save the address. It’s troublesome to add a new address from Pin drop while it’s not the user’s current location. The app is not made with the thinking that user can send groceries to someone or some other place or write address manually.

Stop showing Pakistani love
I am from India and your app shows only cities of pakistan, no other countries or cities of the world even after activating my GPS… Single star is also enough for your app…

Delivery delayed
Too much delay in order delivery, I had to pick up the order from the delivery man from the road a few miles away as he said his mobile is not working and he asked the warden to call me and asked to come over and pick the order, it was inconvenient time for delivery at 9 pm
Don’t Bother Downloading
I have wasted the last 10-15 minutes of my life which I will never get back, trying to select my location! But as you will read out here - it doesn’t change/go beyond Pakistan!

I get regular calls from these guys to use this app......but this is the 3rd time I am deleting the same. Takes only cities in Pakistan!! The 'other city' option is not supported.

The app shows only Pakistani cities. Just funny how such a big company has launched this app without basic testing
