Can’t see homepage
I cannot load the homepage, even after the app is updated. It is unbelievable a large departmental store is able to leave this problem stagnant for so long!
No helpful information at all
I am unable to see any useful information on the app. Account info is blank. Why? Basically I am unable to even use it to give feedback as to what is missing; nothing is available!

What’s the purpose for this app? I cannot see anything in the home page or my account overview. I wanted to open the barcode to scan my membership but everything is blank. Updated my contact details at the customer service counter but in the app it’s still showing the old handphone number which is not in use anymore

Impossible to sign-in!!!
Despite changing passwords, visited the Customer Service and re-downloaded the App many times, just seems impossible to log into the App especially at the Metro store itself when we are required to show the barcode for scanning!
Please do something with the App or revert to other way to capture our points!

In-store purchases were not reflected in App. Response to open App is extremely slow.

还是去实体店买吧，上网买从来不给小样，就连online exclusive都要点了才会有，一般上其他购物app送东西都不需要点，满足了条件都会自动给，这个app一直卡也就算了，还一点也不人性化。
Can’t sign in despite resetting password

Impossible to log in since a year ago…
It’s impossible to sign in even after I have changed passwords several times. I can’t create a new account since it recognises that I’m an existing metro member. Doesn’t look like it’s been fixed since one year ago! And doesn’t look like one can buy anything from metro via the app or online…

Let people shop n buy easily n check out without forcing them create account. Horrible experience outagae on yr app! Despite sign up few times yr app still did not allow me to check out n is totaally negative experience ! Bummer n u lose sales as result. Pls improve!

Impossible to sign in. Pointless app.
Never able to sign in, continuously facing errors. There is literally no other point to have this app other than to show your virtual metro membership card, but that doesn’t work because you can’t log in.
Unstable - not user friendly
Always get hanged and need to restart the phone to continue for on line shopping. Few time even need to delete the whole apps and redownload. But it will still hanged in the mid.
Time wasted and it lost interest for user to continue shopping from here.

Cannot download virtual card.

couldn’t load the virtual card since the day I downloaded it. Tried to delete app and re-download but doesn’t help. Doesn’t feel like a point made to resolve faster transaction or smoother experience for me.
