Does not work

Downloaded to iPhone 11 and the app simply doesn’t load or work. Deleted it.

Deleted app but still showing on device

Deleted the app for my iPhone 12 Pro Max but will not me reinstall the app cause it is showing in the App Store as it is on my device which means it didn’t fully uninstall it self
