Doesn’t load
The whole app just won’t load. What’s the point of an app that doesn’t load???
Won’t even load
Just freezes and says to wait. Well…I’m waiting
Simple way finder
This app worked fine to locate areas within & around the hospital. I experienced no problems.
Useless app
I find the app to be useless. First, I tried to send this feedback from within the app itself but after tapping the send button it stated "failed." The app opens to the "Directory" screen, so I assume that is the home screen, but there is no "Directions" button as stated in the "How can I get directions to my appointment?" question in the Frequently Asked Questions screen that is accessed from the Settings screen. If I tap on the menu icon at the top left, there is a "Map & Directions" button, which takes me to a screen with a small 3-D map of the campus, but there is no "Select your Source" or blue "locate me" button, again as stated in the "How can I get directions to my appointment?" question, there is only a "Search" field at the bottom.
I was trying to find where the Travel Clinic is, but it does not come up when I search for it in the search field in the "Map & Directions" screen nor in the "Departments" screen which is accessed from the "Directory" screen. I also searched for "Internal Medicine" and "Infectious Diseases" with no results. It looks like the only departments listed are the Burn Clinic, Imaging, and Emergency Room.
In the send feedback section that is within the app, I tried to send two screenshots, but it only allowed attaching one screenshot; when I tried to add a second screenshot nothing happened when I tap on the square with the plus sign in it which appeared next to the thumbnail of the first screenshot.
