About

Metrono is the practice journal for musicians — the simplest way to log every session, build a streak, and stay motivated alongside a community of people who play what you play. Think of it as a training log for your instrument. Start the timer when you sit down to practice, or log a past session in seconds. Watch your streak grow, fill in your yearly heatmap, and see exactly where your hours are going across every instrument you play. LOG YOUR PRACTICE • Live timer that runs in the background and survives interruptions • Or log a past session anytime — date, duration, instrument, notes • Jot down what you worked on so future-you remembers SEE YOUR PROGRESS • Streaks — one session a day is enough to keep it alive • Practice heatmap — your whole year at a glance • Instrument breakdown — see where your time really goes PRACTICE TOGETHER • A feed of real musicians' sessions for daily motivation • Suggested follows who play your instruments, so you start with a community • Hearts and comments to cheer each other on • Notifications you control — hearts, comments, follows SAFE BY DESIGN • Every post is automatically checked before it goes live • Report or block anyone, anytime • No ads. No tracking. No data sold. • Your data is yours — delete your account and content anytime Whether you play piano, guitar, drums, violin, or sing, Metrono turns practice into a habit you can see. Free on iOS.

- Private sessions are here — keep any session off the feed while it still counts toward your streaks and stats. Flip the Private toggle when logging, or turn on 'Private by default' in Settings. - Sign-in polish: show/hide password toggle on the create-account & sign-in screens; signing up with an already-registered email now sends a reset link instead of an error.
