Currently on the alphabet and it stops jumping from letter to letter. Needs work

Gets to about 98% loading then returns to home screen. Same error applies to iPhone 6 and iPad

How am I supposed to know what to do
The games don't make sense. Like dude you tap one side to go to an island then suddenly it does you vocab and you fall? Dude what do you want people to do if you're not showing them the instructions in English or whatever language they speak.
