Managing your rentals just got a whole lot easier. ADD TENANTS WHO AREN'T ON THE APP YET Already have someone living in your property? You can now add them directly with their lease terms, rent amount, due date, deposit, and a copy of the signed lease. Keep them tracked privately, or email them an invite to set up their own login and start paying rent in-app. Everything you've already recorded carries over. CATCH UP YOUR BOOKS IN MINUTES When you add an existing tenant, we'll lay out every month since their lease began so you can check off the rent you've already collected. Tap "Mark all past payments received" to fill in the whole history at once. A REAL PAYMENT LEDGER Every tenant now has a complete payment history in one place: rent, deposits, fees, and expenses, with running totals for paid, owed, and outstanding. Record payments you received outside the app by cash, check, or bank transfer. Log repairs and supplies you paid for, and see your true net income instead of just rent collected. Made a mistake? Void any entry you recorded. KNOW WHAT YOU'RE OWED A new dashboard card shows total past-due rent across your whole portfolio at a glance. Tap it for a unit-by-unit breakdown of exactly who's behind. GUIDED PROPERTY SETUP Adding a property now walks you through what happens next: add the tenant already living there, list it for rent, or just save it and come back later. No more entering a rent price before you've decided on one. You can also give properties a friendly name like "The Oak Street Duplex" instead of the street address. KNOW YOUR TENANTS A redesigned tenant profile brings together their rental history, payment track record, total paid, and outstanding balance. Read reviews, leave your own with photos, and message them without leaving the page. APPLICATIONS ON YOUR TERMS You now decide which fields applicants must fill out. Any field, including SSN, birthday, and income, can be switched between required and optional.
