This app is absolute shite! in all the years I’ve had it it has NEVER improved. Today for example it has told me it was going to come down cats and dogs overnight tonight, 15mm @ 2AM and 19mm @ 3AM and bucket loads in the hours pre and post those times. I just checked this piece of crap app again now (9PM) and “heavy deluge they forecast minor overnight drizzle FFS. Apps in general shit me but this without doubt is the worst. NZ met dis-service must be run by muppets, shame on them!

McDonald’s weather app

What in God’s name is the met office up to? Since this morning, the weather forecast has up to 6 large ads for McDonalds pretend food on each page. A joke!

Still no good

Most unreliable more often than not!!!
Too OFTEN the forecast does not match the hourly graph, which shows no rain when you say rain in forecast and vis versa. Also the wind direction is different on hourly compared to 3 day forecast.
How can anyone prepare when it is wrong more than right.
Doesn’t match the weather on telly either, which is supposed to be the same provider.
