Avoid this app

I purchased the three months upfront not knowing that it was a subscription with a recurring payment. When I opened the app and logged in, I was asked a few questions and then asked to click “continue” - when I did, it redirected me to the website sales page. When I went back to the app, I had to answer the questions again and then it redirected me to the sales page once more. I have never been able to access the content I paid for and I’d like a refund and a cancellation or the recurring charges. The only way to cancel is to send an email requesting cancellation. If I get a good response from them, I’ll update this review with my customer service experience.

It’s a trap!

Run! Don’t download this. They will try to charge you monthly and it’s almost impossible to cancel. Still fighting the dispute

A useless program, and they will continue to charge you

The program and useless, but more problematically they will make it nearly impossible to cancel with them and will continue to charge your credit card. Avoid at all costs.

Worst mew app on market

DO NOT BUY: Sometimes you get what you pay for. Not only does this app glitch, it is slow and uses the exact same movements as day one. It would glitch halfway through and then make me start over when I reopened it. This happened so often I quit using it. It’s also a scam: you can’t cancel from the app! You have to email them. Well I emailed them around the time of renewal and didn’t hear back until a week later when they informed they would NOT refund me for the next three month cycle because it was too late. I emailed them more than 24 hours before it was to be renewed. SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

DONT BUY its a Scam

Spend $30 AU just to get scammed, haven’t received an email to set account up. Sent an email to support but still haven’t heard back. Honestly ridiculous how they let these guys on the app store. I’d like to see what the developers have to say about this. Expecting an email or refund.

I have been trying to contact you but theres no way to contact you. I once uninstalled this app and when i tried to installed it again. I couldn’t login back and you guys have been charging me for past 3 months of the service I have not been using.

Total Scam

This app is a scam. Do not purchase. I regretfully did, and they do not issue refunds. This app is a complete joke. They will tell you to put your tongue against the roof of your mouth for a few minutes a day and take selfies to track your progress. That’s what you pay $50 for.

Because when you think about it, mewing is a technique which requires to put your tongue against the roof of your mouth. The only thing is – it's not that easy to do it correctly and continuously. That's why our product was created. And don't forget about all the other tools you can find for face sculpting – personal mewing workout, extra main face zones exercises, custom reminders, progress tracker, different mewing technique implementation tools, step-by-step video guidance. We have already helped a lot of users to achieve their appearance goals, maybe you just need to give it some more time? Please let us know if we can help you with that.

Expensive

Download the app and give them your email address, then they tell you how much.
It’ll save a lot of wasted time if the Apple Store just made developers state the costs instead of being shady, sucking us in, then take our details, then say by the way this is how much it’ll cost you. I only hope I don’t get spammed by this developer.
