Not mexican
I only browsed for the first 10 recipes for enchiladas. If you know real Mexican Food you will be offended by these atrocities. These recipes call for cheddar cheese and not even presenting Mexican methods of making enchiladas. For those who don’t know Mexican food that well, know that it is way better than what you can find in this app.
