The app doesn’t work appropriately. It does not allow me to make an account or track award points.

It is the best food I have ever eaten, I’d addition it is healthy. I will stop by as often as I can.
Too many botched orders
The app is mediocre at best. You’re lucky if it lets you log in, even luckier if you can successfully place your order, and an absolute miracle if your orders even made or not taken by someone else when you get there. Food is great, but the app is a joke and has significantly deterred me from even ordering from mezeh. Good luck!

Great but not always for groups
We use mezeh’s app at work often for bigger group orders and we would love it if the app showed a group receipt like door dash’s app does - it’ll make it easier to figure out group payments! Otherwise the app is great.
Difficult to place orders
We lived closer to a location, after moving, we can order on uber eats but not on the app - tells us no delivery services are available at this time. Been having this issue for 2 months. We prefer Mezeh over places like Cava, but this is super frustrating.

App glitches
The cart comes up as empty even as you add items to it and the dollar amount increases. I can’t remove items. I’ve sent a support ticket on this.

forgot order when I clicked back button
The app reset my selections when I clicked the back button. I had to rebuild the item that I had just clicked “add to bag.” Other than that, the app seems quite good.
Poorly done app
The previous Mezah app was far more user friendly. My main feedback is that navigation is awful and the colors and font make it more difficult to read than it should otherwise be.

Please add Apple Pay instead of entering in the credit card.

I love the option to customize my own bowl. I especially appreciate the new nutritional information that is available.

The new app is slow and full of bugs
The original app was more polished and looked more refined. The new app looks more clunky, slow, full of bugs and more than anything the downgrade in user experience. The graphics look bad and feel like it’s AI generated. The previous app was way better with look and feel also better experience.
New app
I am not big fan of the new app, the old app was more manageable. No Apple Pay at check out especially when I’m in a hurry to order lunch.

Mezeh’s ingredients are quality and always taste freshly made and you can tell they put a lot of thought into their food. They also have a big selection of toppings so you can always get something different. Huge fan and way better than Cava in my opinion.
