I can only add parents, grand parents, aunts and uncles. Why is there no option for cousins or other family tree extension

Not very useful

I couldn’t enter accurate information on my grandparents or any earlier ancestors because the birthdate selector goes back only to 1900. My grandparents were born in 1879 and 1882.
