Don’t Recommend
I do like the ease of use with this app, however, I experienced quite a few errors/bugs and some questions had typos.
Paid and now crashing
Paid $100 for the app license and, after a few quizzes, it’s crashing. Additionally, the link for customer support doesn’t work. Also, the answers I select are not displayed in the after I submit the test. Even if it’s the wrong answer, the app will highlight an answer I didn’t select.
Major Errors
Sometimes the rationale provided for an answer is clearly not for the same question. Also, answers are sometimes marked wrong when they aren’t. The answers recorded are not necessarily the ones the test taker gave. Very frustrating.
Not confident due to so many minor errors
This would be great but I lost confidence when I am finding so many errors in the vignettes. If they are doing that on small things, can I feel that what I am learning/studying on here is correct?
Questions and Answers
The app has some good questions but I’m not sure their database is all that deep with content because I have gotten the same questions many times over and not just the ones I got wrong. I do like the explanations for why the answers are correct. It clarifies ideas pretty well for learning.
Crash
The app keeps crashing. I only have 2 more questions left and it’s not letting me proceed. This is the 5th day in a row this has happened!
No categories
When first setting up the app it asked for areas you want to concentrate on but then never again can you access this menu. I was wanting to review them all before making a final decision as all are important; however the app does not allow you to select a category to study again and lumps everything all together. I won’t be keeping the app.

One thing
This app does okay but I really wish they would add one the function to answer questions based on categories such as models, ethics, cases, etc. I struggle to sense areas of growth with this app because it just groups everything together. Otherwise it’s a fine app.
Badly written
It is hard to believe professionals were involved in writing these questions.
Good but many questions have missing text
Overall the app is good, but for so many questions the text of last option of MCQ is missing.
I am new to this app-
I enjoy how I can go on my phone without having to log into a site that only offers exams after each section-This app is all test questions with rationals and I really appreciate that
Questions grabbed off websites?
I’ve taken many practice exams and various of similar questionnaire apps. These questions are almost verbatim with “Pocket Prep/ Behavioral Health Exam” which I wonder if they’re the same developer. Also there are many questions that seem to be grabbed off quizlet, maybe vice versa?
I ran into many questions with grammatical errors. One was a “boy who is telling his parents that he is a guy” and I was confused until I read the answers about coming out. For an app that charges $25/mo and trying to prep professionals to pass a national exam, you’d think there would be higher quality of care and attention to their questions.
From experience, many of the format of the questions are not even close to what comes on the exam. However at the same time this is a decent app to use as a supplement and not a replacement to get your brain going. With the grammar and confusing questions, it could be better though and you may find better options.

Ok but pricey
Nice quick tool to stay current. Not sure if complete for passing exam. Would like it better if it was a one time price and pay extra periodically for new questions. Bit pricey for a monthly fee.
Concerned
I like a lot of things about this app. It makes it easy to take a moment to study. However, there are many mistakes regarding names - which makes the answers to questions confusing. The name of the subject often changes later in the question. There are many occurrences of this. I found a few questions where the negative or positive in the question is switched in the answer. For example “Telehealth services are BEST used in the following cases” the answer that was “correct” was the answer that would NOT be appropriate for Telehealth services. I can’t have full confidence that this app is helping if even some of these examples exist. I emailed the makers, but did not get a response to my concerns.

I found the questions and answers hard to understand. The rationales do not go in depth! I will not be using it going forward.
Not comprehensive
The explanations are generic and unhelpful. Not worth the money.

Really wanted to give this an app a shot - found a lot of the answer explanations to be incorrect to the question. Ex: question was about safety planning / crisis. The rationale showed a completely different answer regarding a theories question that didn’t have to do with the question. It was causing a lot of confusion to me, while studying.

Not sure if it’s trustworthy but will try
The app is awful and not reflective of the actual exam. It repeats the same 20 questions over and over again and does not seem to have been developed by an MFT. Waste of money. Do not make this your primary or secondary study resource.
Great App
Pretty good and easy to use interface. Sometimes you will see the same questions but for the most part questions are different. Love that it creates a test of your missed questions and that you can track your progress. I take the test soon and have used this app along with other resources as my main study tool!

Too repetitive
I got this app to study for the MFT exam but it repeats the same questions for the majority of questions.
