What's New in MGAero Logbook
1.2.1
September 29, 2026
Where you've flown Your logbook, drawn on a map: every route you have flown, heavier where you fly it most. Pick a year, or choose "Show on the map" in your logbook to see exactly the flights you filtered. Tap an airfield to see its routes and open its flights. Replay your whole record in the order you flew it. A preview of the map now sits on Today. Your photo and profile Tap your picture in Account to take or choose a new one, place it in the frame, or remove it. Account now lists Pilot, Licences and medical, Public profile, Connections and Security, each with what it holds. Your published profile has its address on show, with Open and Share. A better PDF logbook Your PDF now opens with a summary: the period it covers, your totals to date, your time by aircraft and by year, and your licences and medical. Every page names you and the dates it covers, and each sheet holds more flights, so the same logbook prints on fewer pages. Also in this release, for everyone updating from 1.1.0: MGAero Logbook runs on iPad Your logbook is a ruled table with the columns of a real EASA logbook: date, route, block times, type, registration, total, PIC, dual, night, IFR, cross-country and landings. Columns fit themselves to the space you have, and in landscape a flight opens beside the table instead of over it. A sidebar replaces the tab bar, and every screen is laid out for the larger display, in portrait and landscape. Search and filter Any date range, a whole year, or presets like the last 90 days. Filter by aircraft, type, category, engines, airfields, pilot function, night, IFR, cross-country, night landings, flight rules, and the people you flew with. Active filters show above your logbook, and your totals follow exactly what you see. Search now finds crew names and flight numbers too. Your logbook by year Every year is set apart with its own subtotals. Today The flight time chart says what it measures. Tap or drag across it to see any month. Your totals Totals show the categories you actually fly, including IFR and cross-country time.
